What’s your returns policy?
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Hey, mistakes happen, but it’s not your fault so why should you suffer? If your order has arrived damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, first of all, sorry! But please just drop us an email and we’ll get you refunded straight away. If you’d prefer a replacement, no worries, we’ll get that sent out the same day (if pre-3pm Monday to Friday) or the next working day.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange your item(s) because you’ve changed your mind or it was not what you expected, just let us know. We ask you to please send the original item(s) back within 30 days and we’ll send you the new item(s) out straight away.
LATE DELIVERIES
If the mail has let us down and you haven’t received your item(s) in the time we promised, and have therefore missed the event you were buying for, again just let us know and we’ll refund you straight away for the hassle.
